WATERTOWN, Mass., March 20, 2013 — Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENTA), a research and development-focused biotechnology company dedicated to creating small molecule drugs in the infectious disease field, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. The shares of Enanta’s common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “ENTA” beginning on March 21, 2013. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Enanta. In addition, Enanta has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on March 26, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
