Pia Siegele joined TVM in 2026. She brings a background in biomedical sciences, expertise in technology and AI, and extensive experience across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining TVM, Pia was a senior consultant at McKinsey & Company, where she advised leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech and healthcare companies, as well as private equity investors active in these sectors. She was also part of the transformation office shaping McKinsey’s internal global GenAI transformation and supported the firm’s recruitment of new talent.

Pia holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences and Neuroscience and an MSc in Informatics and Cognitive Science from the University of Edinburgh, where she earned multiple academic and research distinctions, including a national award from the British Neuroscience Association for excellence in neuroscience. She also completed an MA in Global Risk from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
